We are on the front lines. We administer the entire system architectures of numerous small to medium sized companies. We manage third party unassisted dedicated servers for our clients, but also host the website of the local church on our own servers. We like doing things ourselves at KWK and have our own VOIP phone servers and security camera system. Sounds great, and it is, except that in times gone by we have had our phone server hacked, and had to pay the bill. We had script kiddies inject advertising onto one of our dedicated servers. Even the church's website got defaced by malicious scripts.
We have gotten our hands dirty. We cleaned up the mess and decided to stop this happening in the first place.
